Our ongoing website care and maintenance plans cover all WordPress sites, from personal blogs to large corporate sites and WooCommerce or Magento stores. We ensure your site is always up-to-date, safe, secure and virus-free.
When migrating your site to our hosting or maintenance service, we start with a complete technical audit and fix any obvious problems, such as fixing broken links. We upgrade your core WordPress software, themes & plugins to the latest versions from the get-go and keep them that way going forward. All plans include:

Adhoc support services and 'quick fixes'
Whatever your website support needs, our team can help—from virus removal to fixing plugin conflicts, updating content and design changes.
For businesses without a care plan we offer Adhoc support for quick content updates, SEO tweaks, site speed issues, virus detection/removal and troubleshooting broken sites. Here's how it works:
- Adhoc support is chargeable at our standard hourly rate. We will look at your issue and either fix it within the hour (minimum callout fee) or advise if extra time & materials are needed to fix it or apply updates.
- Your site must be backed up first by your hosting company or us. We may also need access to your hosting control panel or FTP access.
- A fix may not be possible if your issue is due to sub-standard hosting, your WP site plugins or themes are no longer supported, or if paid licences have expired, which you would need to pay to renew.
- If we cannot fix the problem, we will advise on an advise on an alternative solution—e.g. renew expired licences or have us install a new theme or alternative plugins, which we would quote you separately.

Hacking & virus infestation removal
Websites not maintained regularly are at greater risk of virus infestation or getting hacked. If your website has been hacked or infected by a virus, recovering it from a previous backup may fix the problem.
If not, and the backup recovery exercise has not eliminated the problem, we can provide a quick, efficient, and competent service to isolate and remove the root cause of the problem. Once cleaned, we can restore your site to its former state before you were hacked, with minimum data loss.
We have many years of experience in virus infestation removal and damage limitation. We can also advise on antivirus protection, firewalls and the steps you need to take to prevent future virus infestations or hacks occur again – especially important for WordPress websites.
